These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CalendarFlow's website, web dashboard, and desktop application (together, the "Service"), operated by CalendarFlow ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CalendarFlow lets you create, reschedule, cancel, and query calendar events and tasks using voice commands, acting on your connected Google or Microsoft account. Nothing is created or changed on your real calendar or task list without your confirmation.

2. Accounts

You sign in to CalendarFlow using your existing Google or Microsoft account — we don't support separate username/password accounts. You're responsible for maintaining the security of the Google or Microsoft account you connect, and for all activity that occurs through your CalendarFlow account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

CalendarFlow is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual), with a free trial period for new accounts that does not require a payment method to start. Once your trial ends, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.

Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Prices, trial length, and plan details are as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe, and may change with notice for future billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications through calendar invitations or otherwise
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Third-party services

The Service operates on top of Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Contacts, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Contacts (depending on which account you connect), and AI infrastructure provided by OpenRouter for speech-to-text and language processing. Your use of those underlying services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CalendarFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You retain ownership of the calendar, task, and voice-command data you create through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that voice recognition and AI-based extraction will always be accurate — you're always shown a confirmation step before anything is created or changed on your real calendar, and you're responsible for reviewing it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
